BISMILLAHIR RAHMANIR RAHIM
About 1400 years back from today, the holiest scripture the Koran began to be descended beginning with the holy word Bismillah. This is valuable word and we need to know when, how and where this was descended upon our Holy Prophet Muhammad (SM)?Was the word Bilmillah meaning in the Name of Allah came on the prophet (SM) through Gabriel like other words or sentences?Or it came directly?, And then where, how and when it came?Respected
Mufassirs says, when the prophet (SM) uttered the word, I don't know, I
don't know, then Gabriel being ordered by Allah hugged the prophet (SM)
and then the Prophet (SM) began to read. There is no doubt in it. But
did Gabriel utter the beginning word of the reading, as he uttered the
sentences, 'Read, in the name of thy Lord, of the Surah A'laq, the first
Surah of the Koran.The sentence 'Iqra Bismi Rabbikallaji Khalaq' seems to be directive that is, an order to utter the name of the Lord. Did he utter the name of the Lord before reading from Iqra?If he uttered the name of the Lord first then by what word, he uttered the name of the Lord and what is that?This
is to be noticed that Gabriel did not utter the name of the Lord, but
how he came to know the Name, did he know the name of the Lord?This may be noted that the name of the word Allah was not known before the moment of descending. Gabriel did not inform then who informed and taught him to read Bismillah?In the name of Allah this is Bismillah in Arabic. There is no evidence that the prophet knew about this. It appears from the sentence descended after Surah A'laq that the word Bismillah existed. In the holy Koran, the word or sentence of the prophet (SM) was not to be added. Holy Koran is fully Kalamullah, the words of Allah. Kalam means word. If
the word Bismillah is taken as the word of the prophet (SM) then the
holy Koran is the mixture the words of Allah and the Prophet (SM)
(Naujubillah). This can never happen. Kalame Rasul or the words of the prophet (SM) are called Hadith. No doubt that Koran is the revelation of Allah.Did the prophet (SM) utter the name or the word first which came as directive from Allah through Gabriel.If he did not begin reading with that, then with what word, he began reading.Why
the word which was the first word for the Prophet (SM) to begin reading
has not been taken in the Tafsir as the first word uttered?Now why we are to pursue the holiest word Bismillah after a lapse of 1400 years? I
came to the word Bismillah when I began writing one of my books named
'Alor Pathertori' regarding the influence of the religion on the
society. With
utterance of this holiest, greatest word Bismillah, that is, in the
name of Allah, everything becomes full of kindness and generous. That
is, beginning is made remembering the name of Allah which keeps that
work and action holy and pure, and Allah casts His graceful attention to
that action. One
who begins with the name of Allah shall remain holy and pure and can
never resort to any unholy or impure action.l He remains in peace in the
society. One who uses Bismillah in the word and work, Almighty Allah shall be his witness. Holiest word, but now this word came and when? To
learn about this, I proceeded to many Islamic scholars and researchers
even inquried into the matter in the research centres of the famous
universities in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Qater, Iraq, Iran and other
countries through internet. But no reply till date. I am a small writer and want to represent the revelation of the word Bismillah across the word through you. Every person holds right to know anything ask any matter or teach the matter. Know and let know is the human responsibility.Human being is not complete, rather supplementary to each other. Only the Almighty Allah is complete for which human being has to know and let know. And
for this, they have to pursue each other which create into them the
feelings of love, affection, the relation of respect leading to
sustainable relation in the people. Good
relation contributes to building of peace in the society and for this
reason, people communicate their status of living in good and bad, joys
and sorrows, and extend the helping hands of each other to eradicate the
distress of the human beings. It
leads peace in the society, and peace in the society makes the state
peaceful, and with the peace in the state, the pace of progress is
accelerated and good image and peaceful relation is established
worldwide. It reduces the war and violence in the world.This is my emotional message,
I know nothing for which I want to know and let know as said above which are human duty. For this, I would like to solicit attention of the world Islamic scholars and researchers and like to share that I have come across this matter of discussion in my attempt to write a book on the influence of religion on the society. Is my findings right or wrong?This occasion is made to know this through the honorable researchers and journalists. If the matter dug out is right, then I will be obliged if this is recorded in the beginning of Tafsir.Now we go to the main subject uncovered.
